WWE is bringing Clash At The Castle back to the UK for a huge night in Scotland.

The sports entertainment giant, which is already heading to Europe this year for Backlash France and Bash In Berlin, will take over in Glasgow for a massive double header almost two years after an historic night at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

On June 15, Clash At The Castle is coming to the OVO Hydro Arena in Glasgow for the company’s first ever premium live event in Scotland.

WWE will also hold SmackDown at the same venue on Friday, June 14 as part of a weekend of events.

‘We are excited to bring both Friday Night SmackDown and Clash At The Castle: Scotland to our amazing fans in Scotland at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow this June,’ commented WWE President Nick Khan.

‘The world will see that this is one of the UK’s best venues and Scottish crowds are some of the loudest, craziest and most passionate on the planet.’

The announcement on the heels of the record-setting Clash At The Castle in Cardiff back in September 2022 which, at the time, became the most-viewed and highest-rated international premium live event in company history.

As well as GUNTHER beating Sheamus in an instant classic, Edge and Rey Mysterio teamed up against The Judgment Day before Dominik Mysterio turned on his famous dad.

And in an emotional main event, Drew McIntyre came up short against Roman Reigns as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion retained, while boxing icon Tyson Fury made a memorable appearance.

Drew’s prominent spot on the poster suggests he may have put pen to paper on a new contract after months of speculation about his future.

Meanwhile, the initial advertising also features Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill, who are all set for featured bouts at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia this weekend.
