2024 is building up to be a great year for Star Wars LEGO sets. With Star Wars models first releasing in 1999, 2024 marks LEGO’s 25th anniversary with the franchise, having been one of the toy company’s most consistently popular product lines for decades. To that end, new Star Wars LEGO sets have already hit store shelves in 2024, with many more on the way.

LEGO’s Star Wars plans for 2024 have recently been teased with the upcoming release of special 25th-anniversary models which will reportedly come with exclusive minifigures honoring the entire Star Wars history and timeline, not unlike what was done for the 20th anniversary. It’s also been rumored that LEGO will revisit The Phantom Menace in the coming months alongside more midi-scale models of classic ships. Here’s every confirmed LEGO Star Wars set that has been officially released in 2024 (so far).

16 Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack

Having been released on January 1st, 2024, LEGO’s Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack is a great way to kick off the new year in 2024. Catering to collectors who are all about army building, this new battle pack is a great deal with 9 minifigures being offered for a $30 set. It’s essentially a Republic pack and a Separatist pack that’s been mashed together. As with most battle packs, the true appeal is the minifigures (particularly the standard Phase II clones and redesigned Super Battle Droids). However, the Octuptarra tri-droid is a notable addition to the set as well.

2023’s LEGO Star Wars line is quite impressive with sets inspired by The Mandalorian, Ahsoka, and the Return of the Jedi’s 40th Anniversary.

15 The Crimson Firehawk

Following the release of Tenoo Jedi Temple (75358) in 2023, collectors can now complete the trio of Padawans from Young Jedi Adventures with the addition of Nubs in The Crimson Firehawk (75384). Catering to the youngest fans of the galaxy far, far away, this January 1st, 2024 model is a solid starter set that also comes with minifigures of the Crimson Firehawk’s young pilot Nash Durango along with her droid sidekick RJ-83. However, at $49.99, the price-to-piece ratio is likely not as balanced as many would prefer.

14 AAT LEGO Polybag (Phantom Menace 25th Anniversary)

While not currently available on LEGO.com, a polybag set featuring a miniature Armored Assualt Tank has appeared on the shelves of various retailers such as Target. Most prominently featured during the Battle of Naboo, this Trade Federation AAT model is the first to feature LEGO’s new branding celebrating The Phantom Menace’s 25th anniversary. To that end, it might be one of the harder sets to obtain given the low price and currently limited availability.

13 Boarding The Tantive IV

Featuring the first look at the branding for LEGO’s 25th anniversary with the Star Wars product line overall, Boarding The Tantive IV (75387) is a recreation of A New Hope’s opening scene, the first appearance of Darth Vader, and the first scene in the Star Wars franchise in its entirety. By all accounts, it’s the perfect set for the franchise’s 25th anniversary with LEGO.

It’s also noteworthy that this Darth Vader-focused set depicting the white hallways of the Tantive IV should pair very nicely with 2022’s Dark Trooper Attack (75324) featuring Luke Skywalker’s own hallway sequence from The Mandalorian season 2. The model also comes with a bonus minifigure of the beloved ARC Trooper known as Fives, a figure who’s never appeared in any previous LEGO Star Wars sets.

Another set commemorating LEGO Star Wars’ 25th anniversary, a new model of R2-D2 (75379) is being released. While similar to past versions such as 2021’s R2-D2 (75308), this new version is smaller in scale while also being more affordable (along with minor design alterations). Coming with a minifigure-sized Artoo along with a plaque with all the astromech’s key specifications, the bonus 25th-anniversary figure is none other than Darth Malak from Knights of the Old Republic.

11 The Millennium Falcon

LEGO is also releasing a collection of new midi-scale ship models in honor of the 25th anniversary. The first is a new version of The Millennium Falcon (75375) complete with its own name plaque and stand. The Millennium is easily Star Wars’ most popular and recognizable starships, making it a logical addition to the anniversary wave.

10 Tantive IV

While LEGO’s new Boarding the Tantive IV (75387) might show an interior scene of Princess Leia’s ship, Tantive IV (75376) will depict the ship in its entirety as another exciting mid-scale ship with its own nameplate and display stand. As such, many collectors will undoubtedly be interested in collecting both sets and displaying them side by side.

9 The Invisible Hand

The third midi-scale ship release from LEGO comes from Revenge of the Sith and the opening Battle of Coruscant in the planet’s orbit. The Invisible Hand (75377) was General Grievous’ flagship, the very same cruiser that Anakin Skywalker piloted to the planet’s surface even after the ship had been torn in two during the mission to save Chancellor Palpatine. As such, this new model can also split into two pieces, a very fun feature that speaks to LEGO’s attention to detail with the Star Wars line.

8 BARC Speeder Escape

Inspired by the key flashback to Order 66 during The Mandalorian season 3, BARC Speed Escape (75378) comes with two 501st Legion clone trooper minifigures, Grogu, and the first-ever minifigure of Kelleran Beq himself featuring his blue and green lightsabers and a unique gold trim on his Jedi robes. The speeder itself also features Grogu’s sidecar from the key scene when Kelleran and the child flee the Jedi Temple. To that end, this new May 1st set goes perfectly with LEGO’s Coruscant Guard Gunship (75354) which was released in 2023.

7 Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator

Celebrating both LEGO’s 25th anniversary with Star Wars and the 25th anniversary of The Phantom Menace, Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator (75383) is the first major set in 2024 from the first prequel movie. The fifth iteration of the classic dark side ship, this new model has been updated with greater detail and density. Likewise, the minifigures are very exciting with a new Darth Maul, a Qui-Gon Jinn with his Tatooine poncho, and young Anakin Skywalker. The set also comes with Rogue One and Andor’s Saw Gerrera, another exciting 25th anniversary bonus minifigure with some great details and printing.

6 Droideka

Celebrating The Phantom Menace’s 25th anniversary, May 1st will also see the release of Droideka (75381). Consisting of 583 pieces, the new set continues the recent trend of larger droid models. Also known as Destroyer Droids, Droidekas were created by the Trade Federation and could fold into rolling wheel forms to quickly close in on targets. They could then unfold and activate personal shield generators, making them incredibly formidable. While this new LEGO model won’t feature shields, it will be able to fold into its wheel form (a very cool feature by all accounts).

5 Mos Espa Podrace Diorama

The first-ever Star Wars diorama for the prequel era, Mos Espa Podrace (75380) is a very exciting build depicting the Boota Eve podrace in which young Anakin Skywalker goes head-to-head against Tatooine’s reigning champion Subulba. Featuring a 718 piece-count, Anakin and Sebulba’s pods can be seen flying through desert canyons in a model that converts their high-speed motion quite well. As such, it’s another great Phantom Menace for collectors to celebrate the film’s 25th anniversary.

4 Clone Commander Cody

LEGO is also releasing a brand-new BrickHeadz model of Clone Commander Cody. Featuring a modest 147 pieces and priced at $10, this new Cody model is a fun and inexpensive grab for collectors who prefer LEGO over Pop Figures (but still like the bigger character style). Likewise, the new Cody model also comes with a clear blue stud, depicting his holo-message fro Emperor Palpatine and the dawn of Order 66.

3 TIE Interceptor

A new Ultimate Collectors Series model geared toward adult collectors, TIE Interceptor (75382) is a very exciting addition to the UCS line. Featuring over 1900 pieces with some impressive details, the new UCS TIE Interceptor is an updated version of LEGO’s original model from back in 2000. As such, it’s a great set for collectors looking to celebrate LEGO’s 25 years with Star Wars in style, and should also go great with 2023’s UCS X-Wing. The interior of the TIE’s cockpit features some truly impressive details as well.
