Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie has thrown shots at an unidentified person, which many assume to be her junior colleague, Regina Daniels.
Kemi Filani reported that during the protest early this month, Regina had kicked against violence. The billionaire wife condemned violence perpetrated on the protest’s grounds and called for peace. Her posts didn’t sit well with many who slammed her for speaking on the protest while marrying a billionaire politician.
In a now-deleted post on her Instagram story, Angela threw shots at her as she pointed out the irony at which Regina said Nigeria is good, yet, she is married to a man older than her grandfather. She noted how she is advising Nigerians, but can’t advice herself.
“Nigeria good na him you marry man wey old pass your grandfather. You won advice Nigerians but you no advice yourself rubbish”.
Although, she didn’t mention names, netizens believe the movie star was talking to Regina as she is the only celebrity married to a man old enough to be her grandfather.
Recall that Regina Daniels shocked the internet when she got married in April 2019, to politician, Ned Nwoko, who is older than her with 38 years.
Shedding light on her marriage, Regina said she is the stubborn type, hence the reason why she married an older man so she could be submissive. Her husband, on his part, debunked rumors that he met Regina through her mother as he revealed that they fell in love and got married within three weeks.
In an interview, Daniels revealed that her marriage is way sweeter at home than in public. She also disclosed that she often reads negative comments with her husband and they share a good laugh.
Ned Nwoko, in an interview, made it known that he can’t marry a woman who isn’t a virgin. He noted how people always have an idea of the woman he should marry, but he doesn’t listen to it. He disclosed that he has a taste as he reaffirmed that he can’t marry a non-virgin.
