Titilayo, the mother of Big Brother Naija reality star Angel Smith, has sent a message to women as she sang the praises of her daughter.

Sharing an adorable video of her and her daughter, Titilayo stated that if women like when they have kids, they should wear wrappers, as for her, that’s their business. Singing her daughter’s praises, she said God knew what she needed and gifted her Angel. She stated that she has had no regrets since she gave birth to her. Calling her ‘her’ twinnie and best friend, she expressed gratitude for having Angel Smith as her daughter.

“If you like born pikin dey tie wrapper na you sabi. God knew what I needed and gifted me with you. No regret at all but thankful everyday of my life for having you as my best friend for life. Hello, twinning is that you @theangeljbsmith”.

In 2022, Titilayo had written an emotional note to her daughter, expressing hope that when the pages of her life ends, Angel would be one of the most beautiful chapters. The single mother stated that her daughter is the best thing her hands have held, as she noted how proud she was to see her mini-me grow from the little spoilt brat she was to a grown woman.

During the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season, Angel’s mother revealed why she allowed her daughter into the reality TV show. She said she asked her daughter to go for the show after her failed attempts.

During the show’s season, Titilayo called out her co-housemate, Venita Akpofure, for slut-shaming Angel. Titilayo noted how she and Venita are almost the same age, as she threatened to meet the reality star once she came out of the house to settle the matter.

When Angel’s mother turned 39, she stirred reactions online as she cheered herself with an emotional birthday message that explained her struggles and past. Titilayo disclosed how she stood strong and fought despite the challenges that pressured her to give up. She also claimed to have looked forward when the past failures beckoned on her.
