Roman Kemp has been spotted on a romantic stroll with a new woman.
The One Show presenter was holding hands with Carmen Gaggero while on an outing in London.
The pair had visited the French restaurant Le Petit Maison in Mayfair with Roman’s former boss at Global Radio, Ashley Tabor-King and his husband George, before emerging together.
For the occasion, Roman chose a chic all-black ensemble, while the stylish Carmen, opted for baggy jeans and a brown leather jacket.
Her accessories – heeled boots and bag – were the same colour scheme as Roman’s dark clothing. Whether the subtle matching was intentional or not, it certainly made them look even better together.
The 31-year-old has not yet hard launched any partner on social media, but the sweet pictures paint a positive picture.
The couple are reported to have been secretly seeing each other for several months (via The Sun).
This isn’t the first time they’ve been seen together – Carmen was with Roman when he met Queen Camilla and King Charles, and once again at another event with Kate Middleton, Carmen was also present.
Carmen is a production and casting assistant, and her experience includes working at Margot Robbie’s company LuckyChap Entertainment and Conde Nast.
‘I’m a TV, Film and Fashion enthusiast, who was raised in cheerful Brighton,’ her online bio explains.
This could be something Roman values as he has previously said he’s most attracted to women who have ‘their own thing’ going on.
‘Women that have their life plan and are busier, that attracts me more than anything,’ he shared in Steven Bartlett’s The Diary Of A CEO podcast.
‘You look at the girls I’ve dated in the past, they’re girls that are doing their own thing and they’re good at it.’
Roman previously dated Swiss scientist Anne-Sophie Flury for three years, before they broke up in 2020.
‘We’re both very family-orientated so marriage and kids is a natural progression for us,’ he said before their split.
The parents of Roman – Spandau Ballet singer Martin Kemp and Wham! star Shirlie Kemp have been married for 36 years – so he has plenty to look up to.
‘I come from a family of romance,’ he summarised to OK! ‘My grandparents were together from when they were 16 and they died on the same day, then you’ve got my mum and dad who have been together for so long.’
Roman also previously shared how he’s so fearful of not being able to have children, he’s already had his sperm tested.
Anne-Sophie is the only relationship Roman has publicly confirmed, but he’s also been linked to radio colleague Codie Jones and model Jette Kerhkoff.
