EastEnders icon Lacey Turner revealed that she is pregnant with her third child.
The actress, 36, took to Instagram just hours ago to announce the happy news that her two children Dusty and Trilby will soon have another sibling – who will be a little boy.
And the soap star recently took to the red carpet of the Inside Soap Awards 2024, glowing from head to toe with her growing midriff under a sparkling gold and black dress.
Standing alongside fellow soap stars Kellie Bright, Letitia Dean, Diane Parish, Gillian Taylforth and Balvinder Sopal, Lacey looked chuffed to be there with her little one in tow.
Actress Lacey made her Walford debut back in 2004, who does Lacey play and is she married?
Is Lacey Turner married?
Lacey married her beau of 13 years Matt Kay in 2017 in Ibiza, after a year-long engagement that started September 2016.
The pair have been together since 2006, when they were both 15 years old, which is impressive by anyone’s standards, let alone when measured against the infamously short yardstick of showbiz relationship longevity.
The wedding ceremony was attended by Lacey’s co-stars, including the likes of Barbara Windsor (who played Peggy), James Bye (Martin) and Jake Wood (Max).
At the time, Lacey said: ‘I just feel really lucky. It’s really rare to spend this many years with someone and to still feel the same as it did in the beginning.’
‘We don’t know any different, I guess, but I know we definitely feel lucky.’
Who does Lacey Turner play in EastEnders?
Lacey has appeared in the BBC One soap for twenty years as fiery Stacey Slater, and has recently been embroiled in a huge story that has seen her character, alongside five other Walford women, cover up the murder of Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).
The events on Christmas Day saw the ladies unite over their distaste for the way men have treated them over the years, and when Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) arrived trying to attack wife Suki (Balvinder Sopal), Denise Fox (Diane Parish) hit him over the head with a champagne bottle.
Nish survived, but Keanu wasn’t as lucky when he attempted to throttle Sharon, and Linda, was forced to stab him with a meat thermometer.
The Six women then bundled his body into some tarpaulin before burying it under the floor of the café. When it was eventually discovered, Stacey pinned the blame on evil rapist Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo).
