Liam Payne has been accused of repeatedly contacting his ex-girlfriend and former fiancée Maya Henry, with the novelist making the claims on social media.
The One Direction singer, 31, who rose to fame as part of the boyband on The X Factor, began dating model Maya in 2019, getting engaged in August 2020.
However, things were called off between them midway through 2022 after the couple had initially patched things up following another prior split in 2021.
Since then, Liam has been dating influencer Kate Cassidy, while Maya has been working on her recently published novel Looking Forward – which is about dating a popstar.
On Monday, Maya – the daughter of millionaire lawyer Thomas J. Henry – launched into a scathing TikTok attack with numerous claims about Liam’s alleged behaviour towards her.
Talking to her followers on the social video website, she said: ‘Ever since we broke up he messages me, will blow up my phone. Not only from his phone, it’s always from different phone numbers too, so I never know where it’s gonna come from.’
She continued: ‘He’ll create new iCloud accounts to message me – it’s always a new damn iCloud account. Every time I see one pop up on my phone I’m like, “Here we f**king go again”.
‘Also, he will email me. Not only me, but he’ll blow up my mom’s phone. Is this normal behaviour to you? … He’s also messaging my friends. He’s the one constantly doing weird s**t.’
The allegations didn’t stop there: ‘Everything gets swept under the rug, everything gets hidden for him. I don’t know who is behind all this but nothing ever comes out about him.’
Maya’s serious claims have been watched over 2.4 million times at the time of writing, with more than 230,000 people being shown to have liked the video.
The video was made in response to comments directed towards Maya which criticised her for apparently continuing to discuss her relationship with Liamdespite it ending two years ago.
In the video, which runs for over eight minutes, she accused Liam of ‘airing dirty laundry’ on a podcast before she herself became involved in the matter.
The claims come less than a week after One Direction fans expressed concern over his behaviour in a recent TikTok video uploaded by his current girlfriend Kate.
Liam appeared in one of the influencer’s recent outfit of the night videos but seemed to pop in and out of the frame on a regular basis and only occasionally looking into the camera.
He also danced in the background and, at one point, showed up in the video holding a laptop that was playing loud music.
At one point, Kate can be seen and heard asking Liam to describe what he was wearing, to which he loudly responded, ‘I don’t know what I’m wearing!’
He then revealed the jeans he’s wearing in the video have his own song lyrics printed on them.
