“Y’all should be wise and smart for once” – MC Oluomo’s son, King West blasts Nigerians trolling his father after his portraits and items were reportedly thrown out of NURTW office in Lagos (Video)

King West, the son of the new president of the National Union of Road Transport Workers NURTW, MC Oluomo, has blasted Nigerians for mocking his father over his items being thrown out of the NURTW office in Lagos.

Hours ago, a video made rounds of the former Lagos State NURTW chairman’s portrait and items being thrown out of his Lagos office following his move to Lagos.

Reacting to it via his Instagram story, King West told Nigerians to be wise and smart, as he noted how if an immediate leader leaves office, a successor comes in.

King West questioned if his father was supposed to remain in Lagos State when he was the new president of NURTW nationwide. He clarified that his portraits and items seen in the viral video were moved out to be taken to his new office.

“Y’all should be wise and smart for once! Immediately after a leader leaves office, a successor comes in. So, do you expect the president of NURTW to remain in the State office? That’s not possible! All his things are packed out from his former office to his new office. Come to Abuja and you will meet us there. Get the address online peeps! Love and light great Nigerians”.

Kemi Filani reported a week back that MC Oluomo had emerged as the new National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW.

Reacting to his win, Oluomo wrote a letter to God to show how grateful he was for his achievements so far, saying he cherished the precious gift of life bestowed on him. Oluomo’s gratitude extended to his colleagues, the board of trustees, and other executives of the NURTW. He also extended his forgiveness to those who offended him during his trying times with claims of moving the union forward.

King West had also reacted to his father’s win, noting how he was officially the son of the president of NURTW Nigeria. Congratulating his father, he appreciated the president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and bragged about how he and his family are now controlling the country and not only Lagos.

His win was, however , short-lived as the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, declared Alhaji Tajudeen Ibikunle Baruwa as the legally recognized President of NURTW. Tajudeen had kicked against the inauguration of MC Oluomo as the new President of the union, saying that MC Oluomo’s inauguration was not only laughable but also an affront to the judiciary as it violated the March 11 and November 8 judgments of the National Industrial Court and Court of Appeal. MC Oluomo, however, via his Instagram page, debunked the report.
