Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has appreciated her colleague, Toyin Abraham for her support over the years.

Kemi Filani reported a week back that the actress became a mum as she welcomed her first child, a baby boy, which she christened Oluwafirewamiri.

Following the birth of her son, Toyin Abraham paid a visit to her in her home, which she shared online. In the clip, Toyin congratulated Dayo on the birth of her son and prayed for her.

Dayo Amusa had appreciated her for the visit and had thanked her for the love, prayers, and support over the years.

“Thank you so much. I really appreciate. The love, the prayers and support over the years”.

Captioning the video, Toyin once again congratulated as she prayed that God would raise her child.

“Congratulations sis @dayoamusa. Olorun aba wa wo won po”.

Toyin isn’t the only one who has visited the new mum. Omowunmi Ajiboye was the first to visit her. Video shared on Wunmi’s Instagram page captured when she visited Dayo Amusa at home. The video captured joyous moments between the two actresses. It captured when Wunmi gazed at the newborn affectionately and hugged the new mother.

Sharing the video, Ajiboye expressed how good it was to see her colleague praying that the joy of the newborn would be permanent.

Iyabo Ojo also visited the new mum with recovery actress Tope Osoba at the ceremony. In the clip, the movie stars were captured meeting the newborn. In her caption, Iyabo stated that it was an absolute delight celebrating with her as she wished Dayo the best as she embarked on her new journey.

The birth of Dayo Amusa’s son’s no doubt shut down false narratives about her. For years, the Yoruba actress was subjected to mockery online over her inability to have a child. Last year, she had laid heavy curses on those who mocked her for being barren, for supporting 2023 APC presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and for shading Iyabo Ojo, for not campaigning for him.

Some years back, Amusa disclosed why she stayed in an abusive relationship that almost ruined her life. She said it was hard to leave because she used to be a fixer until she realized that you can’t fix a broken egg. She disclosed that she was always attracting emotionally unavailable men, narcissists, and more because she believed she could save them.
