Twitter personality Solomon Buchi has called out media personality Daddy Freeze over reports of Pastor Tobi Adegboyega being deported from the UK.
Kemi Filani reported that the Nigerian clergyman has lost his legal battle against deportation from the UK following allegations of financial misconduct. The founder of SPAC Nation was exposed for misusing his church funds amounting to £1.87 million.
An immigration tribunal ruled that the clergyman, who has been living in the UK unlawfully since overstaying his visitor’s visa in 2005, should be deported to Nigeria.
Reacting to the news, Solomon Buchi noted how Daddy Freeze would have ranted on social media if a Nigerian pastor was involved in such a scandal. Described him as anywhere belle face, Solomon called him a shameless coward houseboy to a dubious UK overstayer.
“Where is Daddy Freeze? Shameless coward houseboy to a dubious UK overstayer.
If it was Nigerian pastors, he would be shouting. Anywhere belle face”.
It isn’t surprising to see Buchi dragging Daddy Freeze, as the two have been at loggerheads for a while now. A few days back, Buchi had criticized Freeze over his comment about Apostle Emmanuel Iren, and had accused him of being hypocritical and an opportunist. He pointed out the irony at which Daddy Freeze criticized Pastor Iren but hung around Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, who he referred to as a community leader.
Freeze countered Buchi, as he shared a throwback video of Buchi begging for help on his Instagram Live as he prayed against investing in the head of a betrayer. Freeze told Buchi to stop biting the fingers that fed him.
Also in August, Solomon tackled Daddy Freeze over Pastor Jerry Eze, after he built 18 houses for widows and gave N100 million in business grants to young people. Buchi tackled Daddy Freeze, as he questioned how many houses the media personality had built for widows or how many grants he had given young people.
In October, Buchi had lashed out at Pastor Tobi, for going clubbing with Davido. Buchi called him a shame to the office of a pastor, as he admonished him to leave pastoral calling and continue his lavish lifestyle.
Similarly, the media aide to Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success expressed disappointment at Pastor Tobi for inviting Davido to perform at his birthday party. He stated that his action was an embarrassment to the gospel and he should ask God for forgiveness. He questioned why the clergyman was fond of bringing embarrassment to the gospel as he admonished him to recognize identifying as a pastor.
