Coleen Nolan has revealed she’s split up with her partner of three years.
The 59-year-old began her career as a member of the pop group The Nolans, in which she sang with her sisters.
She then went on to join the ITV panel show Loose Women in 2000 and has also appeared on Dancing on Ice and Celebrity Big Brother.
Over the years Coleen has also been open about her private life, revealing this week her relationship with Michael Jones recently broke down.
Coleen met Michael on Tinder in 2021, however she and the supermarket logistics worker had an on-off relationship, breaking up three times.
However, Coleen has now said they’ve ended things for good and revealed the decision behind the split.
‘We’ve decided that we would rather just stay friends, take it as a friendship, And, you know, it’s nothing to do with anyone else, it’s nobody’s fault,’ she said.
‘But I’m really busy and when I’m not really busy with work I’m busy on the farm and I feel personally that I can’t give time to everything.
‘We still get along great and hopefully we can continue to be friends, who knows?’ she added when speaking to OK!.
Reflecting on the break-down of the relationship Coleen said it was ‘sad’ but she was hopeful they could ‘continue to be friends’.
She went on to say she ‘didn’t regret any of it’, saying Michael came along at ‘just the right time’ for her, adding they’d ‘helped each other grow’.
When first revealing their relationship publicly in 2022, Coleen explained how their first date, at a pub, lasted six hours.
She went on to share she thought finding love was ‘something I genuinely thought would never happen again’.
Coleen was previously married to EastEnders actor Shane Richie from 1990 until 1999, with the pair sharing two sons.
She shares a daughter with her second husband Ray Fensome, whom she split from in 2018 following 11 years of marriage.
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV1.
