All Confirmed Cast & Characters (So Far)

Star Wars will be heading back to the movie theater for the first time since 2019 with The Mandalorian & Grogu, the first spin-off movie from the highly successful TV show The Mandalorian. The Mandalorian & Grogu will begin Din Djarin and Grogu’s next chapter in their Star Wars story, presumably picking up where they left off as a father-son and Mandalorian master-apprentice duo who are contracted to complete under-the-table bounty hunting jobs for Captain Carson Teva and his New Republic rangers. This will send them on brand-new adventures with plenty of fresh faces – some friendly and some not.

While details about The Mandalorian & Grogu are still being kept tightly under wraps during the course of its production, there are a few cast members who have been confirmed to appear in Star Wars’ next movie. Returning to star in The Mandalorian & Grogu is Pedro Pascal, the actor behind the titular Mandalorian ever since the TV show’s 2019 debut. Alongside him are some new and also familiar names, which makes this upcoming movie even more thrilling. Here are all the cast and characters of Star Wars’ next movie who have been confirmed so far.

Pedro Pascal Is Din Djarin (The Mandalorian)

Date of Birth: April 2, 1975

Born in Santiago, Chile, Pedro Pascal has become a household name following his debut as Din Djarin in The Mandalorian. Pascal has been active in the industry for a long time, but he made his big break in 2014 with the role of Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones. Taking on the role of DEA agent Javier Peña in all three seasons of Netflix’s Narcos only further launched him into stardom. While his role as Din Djarin sealed the deal, playing Joel Miller in HBO’s adaptation of The Last of Us has made Pascal one of Hollywood’s most in-demand actors.
