The wives and girlfriends of several Arsenal stars have landed in Munich while fans have unveiled a hilarious new banner for defender Ben White.
The Gunners face a Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday.
That has seen the partners of Leandro Trossard, Kai Havertz, Martin Odegaard and Ben White travel out to the German city.
Laura Trossard Hilven posted a picture on Instagram of the four women wearing Arsenal shirts ahead of kick-off to support their husbands and boyfriends.
Meanwhile, Arsenal fans have appeared to have taken over the city centre, with videos and photos on Reddit showing a massive group of supporters chanting and singing in the streets before letting off a flare ahead of the European clash.
In one image, Arsenal fans are seen in a Munich bar with a fresh banner which pokes fun at White’s commitment to his international side England.
The banner, which shows White in his Arsenal kit with a massive grin on his face, reads: ‘Arsenal. Dubai. England. In that order.’
It appears to be inspired by the banner Wales fans made for Gareth Bale which read: ‘Wales. Golf. Madrid. In that order.’
Arsenal’s White banner comes after England boss Gareth Southgate said that the 26-year-old does not wish to be considered for selection for the national team.
White has not been part of the Three Lions’ squad since leaving the World Cup in Qatar mid-tournament after an alleged bust-up with Steve Holland.
He was reportedly on holiday in Dubai playing Uno on the beach with his wife the same day England lost 1-0 to Brazil at Wembley in March.
That saw White slammed by Jeff Stelling while Harry Redknapp has labelled the Arsenal star’s decision to snub England as ‘disgusting’.
‘Gareth said the door was still open, but I think it should be slammed right in his mush,’ Redknapp said.
