Clone Cast & Character Guide

American Horror Stories is back with a new batch of episodes, each covering a different story and starring different characters, and the second episode, “Clone”, stars some well-known actors along with some new faces. Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story has found great success since its premiere in 2011, and though some of its seasons haven’t succeeded with critics and viewers, Murphy decided to expand it in 2021 with a spin-off/companion series. Appropriately titled American Horror Stories, what’s different about it is that each episode tells a different story, unlike AHS, in which every season is different.

However, to keep some connection to the main show, some episodes of American Horror Stories have direct links to past seasons of American Horror Story. The success of American Horror Stories has led to its renewal, and among the episodes in its fourth season is “Clone”. In it, a tech billionaire who suffers a debilitating accident assigns a robotic clone to temporarily replace him – however, this doesn’t go exactly as he planned. American Horror Stories’ “Clone” has some well-known faces in its cast, as well as new talents.

Victor Garber as David Woodrow Randolph

Date of Birth: March 16, 1949

Actor: Victor Garber was born in London, Ontario, Canada, and began his acting career in theater playing Jesus in Godspell, a role he reprised in the movie adaptation in 1973 (his first big screen role). Garber’s first notable movie role was Thomas Andrews in James Cameron’s Titanic, followed by Professor Callahan in Legally Blonde, Mayor George Moscone in Milk, Ken Taylor in Argo, and Senator Hedges in Fly Me To The Moon. On TV, Garber’s most notable roles are Jack Bristow in Alias, Martin Stein/Firestorm in The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and Arrow, Admiral Halsey in The Orville, and Harry Svensson in Family Law.

Guy Burnet as John Hunter

Date of Birth: August 8

Actor: Guy Burnet was born in England, and started his acting career on TV in 2002, playing Craig Dean in the British soap opera Hollyoaks. In 2015, Burnet played Casey Finney in Ray Donovan, and he joined the cast of The Affair as Mike Cornwall in 2016. That same year, Burnet played Grant in Chicago Fire, and in 2017, he played Raymond Kelly in Hand of God.

In 2019, he was cast as Tom Hatfield in the sci-fi drama TV series The Feed, and in 2024, he played Rufus in Netflix’s 3 Body Problem. On the big screen, Burnet played Maurice in Mortdecai, Theo in Pitch Perfect 3, Hoffman in the 2019 remake of Jacob’s Ladder, and George Eltenton in Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer.

Casey Thomas Brown as Jordan

Date of Birth: October 3, 1991

Actor: Casey Thomas Brown was born in Bigfork, Flathead County, Montana. Brown’s acting career began in short films and small roles in movies and TV shows, such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Grey’s Anatomy. In 2018, Brown played Lane in the TV series The Kominsky Method, and the following year, he played Kyle Verafield in the TV series Tell Me A Story. Brown is no stranger to the world of American Horror Story, as he played Hans Henkes in American Horror Story: NYC. In film, Brown played Kyler in Father of the Bride and Chris James in At Midnight.

Dagmara Domińczyk as Anka Kieslowski

Date of Birth: July 17, 1976

Actor: Dagmara Domińczyk was born in Kielce, Poland. Domińczyk’s acting career began in theater in 1999, and she made her big screen debut in the 2000 rom-com Keeping the Faith. In 2002, she played Mercedès Herrera in The Count of Monte Cristo, and other notable film roles from Domińczyk include Belva in The Immigrant, Callie in The Lost Daughter, Mrs. Callahan in Bottoms, Ann Beaulieu in Priscilla, and Beatrice in Miller’s Girl. On TV, Domińczyk played Karolina Novotney in Succession, Eika Jensen in We Own This City, and Elle in Hello Tomorrow!.

David Deblinger as Dr. Ziegler

Date of Birth: unknown

Actor: David Deblinger’s acting career began on TV, in small roles in TV shows like Young People’s Specials and The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. Some of Deblinger’s most notable projects (though also in small roles) are Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Blue Bloods, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Sex and the City, Tulsa King, and The Sopranos. Deblinger is also the co-founder of the Labyrinth Theater Company.

Character: Dr. Ziegler is David’s doctor, and he’s the one who gives John the news about David’s accident.

The creators of American Horror Story reunite to launch American Horror Stories, a horror anthology series created for FX and Hulu. Centering on a new, unique horror story each episode, AHS follows various new characters through each episode as they experience their own terrifying tales, often including the supernatural.
