Davina McCall made Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly cheer with joy with a surprise little cameo following this weekend’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The former Big Brother host, 57, underwent surgery this week after a random health check discovered a benign brain tumour, with Davina requiring a craniotomy to get it removed.

Hours after her operation, Davina’s partner Michael Douglas shared an update on her behalf, thanking everyone for their support and assuring fans that the procedure went well.

Davina, who was taken to ICU as a ‘precaution’ while she recovered, has remained pretty quiet online since but is clearly keen to keep up with the happenings in this year’s I’m A Celeb camp.

One Saturday night, Davina joined Ant and Dec’s Instagram Live after the show, typing in the comments: ‘Hey everyone! Still here’, followed by a laughing face.

‘Davina McCall’s here, everybody!’, Dec declared as he pointed to the screen, causing the studio to erupt into cheers.

‘How are you feeling? Hope you’re feeling well,’ Ant said as he gave a thumbs up.

The Geordie duo then repeatedly blew kisses down the camera, telling Davina: ‘Sending you lots of love from the Jungle.’

‘Hope you’re alright, D,’ added Dec sweetly, then urging her to ‘get some rest’ as they said goodbye.

‘I’m gonna sign off x’, she commented, to which Ant joked: ‘We were too much for her.’

A clip of the moment soon surfaced on social media, with fans sending their well wishes to Davina.

Davina said she consulted with several neurosurgeons and sought ‘lots of opinions’ before having the tumour removed because it is ‘big for the space’ in her brain and ‘if it grows, it will be bad’.

The Masked Singer judge said she would be in hospital for around nine days after the operation and previously asked her fans to ‘pray for [her]’.

However, she reassured them she was in ‘good spirits’ about the whole thing.
