The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Edo State, Asue Ighodalo, has won in his Esan South East Local Government Area.
Announcing the results on Sunday, the Independent National Electoral Commission said Ighodalo and the PDP polled 14,199 to defeat the All Progressives Congress that scored 8,398.
The Labour Party came a distant third with 98 votes according to INEC.
