Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: Which Food To Give The Condor
Dreaming Of Blue Skies will have players choose which food to pick for the Condor in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth; here’s which one is best.
Summons are a staple in countless RPGs, with one of the most notorious being Final Fantasy. Being able to summon a powerful ally into battle is like having an ace up your sleeve when you need it the most — especially when it comes with an elemental advantage or some great stat boosts. Unlocking every summon in the game might be hard, as some of them require you to have special save data.

This will cause it to throw a bomb with a large area of effect.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: How To Unlock & Beat Gilgamesh
Gilgamesh is a secret boss in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Here’s how to unlock & beat him for his Summon Materia.
This summon’s Ultimate is Stampede, which will have it deal out a large amount of Wind damage. This summon will be one of the first that you will have access to, and not be one of the Summons you will need to unlock down the line.
9 Titan
Non-Elemental Damage Through Repeated Attacks
- Ultimate: Earthen Fury
- Stat Increases: +5 Defense, +5 Vitality, +86 HP, +1 MP
Titan’s first ability is Mountain Crusher. This ability will cause Titan to unleash a barrage of powerful non-elemental strikes. Its second ability is Boulder Hurl, which will cost 2 ATB instead of just 1. Boulder Hurl, as the name implies, will cause Titan to hurl a boulder at its intended target.
Titan’s Ultimate is Earthen Fury, which will deal a truly massive amount of non-elemental damage. Titan is capable of dealing a lot of damage to enemies consistently thanks to it not relying on any elemental weaknesses or resistances. Titan is obtained through the Combat Simulator.
8 Ramuh
Lightning Damage Through Repeated Attacks
- Ultimate: Judgment Bolt
- Stat Increases: +2 Strength, +2 Magic, +4 Attack, +4 Magic Attack, +40 HP, +1 MP
For their first ability, this Summon will have Voltaic Lance. This will create a large lance composed of lighting that will deal Lightning damage to its target. At the cost of 2 ATB is Rumah’s second ability, Circuitous Bolt. This will cause them to fire off an arcing Lightning damage attack. Non-elemental damage can be a great option a lot of the time, but Rumah’s focus on higher damage output and being able to exploit elemental weaknesses make it a much better option for ending fights quickly.
Rumah’s Ultimate is Judgement Bolt, which will cause a devastating amount of Lightning magic damage. If you want this Summon in your arsenal, you will need to have a save file from Episode INTERmission.
7 Alexander
Non-Elemental Tank
- Ultimate: Divine Judgment
- Stat Increases: +2 Defense, +2 Magic Defense, +2 Vitality, +2 Spirit, +129 HP, +1 MP
Players who enjoy Titan will be fans of either their focus on increased defenses, or their preference of non-elemental coverage against foes — or both. Alexander will be an obvious upgrade for those who favor the former of the two options. If you feel you are able to deal an adequate amount of damage but want more survivability, this is the Summon you should consider investing in.

Alexander’s abilities include Tracking Beam and Grand Laser, both of which fire impressive laser blasts at their foes. Divine Judgement is another Ultimate that focuses on dealing a significant amount of non-elemental damage. This is another Summon you will obtain through the Combat Simulator.
6 Phoenix
Fire Damage Through Repeated Attacks
- Ultimate: Rebirth Flame
- Stat Increases: +4 Magic, +8 Magic Attack, +2 MP
This summon will completely replace your use of Ifrit in the game. For the cost of 1 ATB, you get Crimson Rondure, which will unleash Fire damage on nearby enemies. If an ally falls in battle, this summon will make use of Reraise, which will allow it to automatically revive said ally, and it will have Arise to restore all of their HP.
Rebirth Flame will deal a massive amount of Fire magic damage, but will also heal your party. This means you will not only be getting a large amount of Fire damage out against your adversaries but also be recovering all the health you may have lost thus far. You can get this Summon through the Combat Simulator.
5 Kujata
Fire, Lighting & Ice Through Separate Attacks
- Ultimate: Tri-Disaster
- Stat Increases: +2 Strength, +4 Attack, +216 HP, +1 MP
This summon is able to make use of various elements, making it amazing against a wide range of foes in the game. Raging Bull will allow it to charge into an enemy with Lightning damage, Blazing Horn will fire a blast of Fire damage at its target, and Chilling Horn will be the Ice damage equivalent of the previously listed ability.
Its Ultimate is Tri-Disaster, which will deal a massive amount of damage using all three of these elements. You will unlock this summon in the same way as Titan and Phoenix, through the Combat Simulator.
4 Leviathan
Magic Non-Elemental Damage Dealer
- Ultimate: Tidal Wave
- Stat Increases: +2 Magic, +4 Magic Attack, +2 Magic Defense, +2 Spirit, +2 MP
This summon is a Magic build’s dream. Improved damaging dealing stats, high-cost abilities, and non-elemental typing make this a summon that can tear through a large portion of foes in the game. Briny Yellow will greatly fill up that Stagger bar by releasing an arcing attack.
Tidal Wave is an Ultimate that will deal a very large amount of non-elemental damage. This makes Leviathan similar to Titan, but with a higher focus on damage output, it is a clearly superior choice. You will only be able to obtain this Summon by having a save file that has played through the first part of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
3 Bahamut Arisen
Expensive But Powerful Non-Elemental Damage Dealer
- Ultimate: Gigaflare
- Stat Increases: +2 Strength, +4 Attack, +2 Magic, +4 Magick Attack, +2 MP
Bahamut Arise will require 2 ATB gauge charges, and they will come pretty late into the game. However, they will raise a lot of damage-dealing combat stats along with offering two great abilities. Umbral Bombardment will lob a valley of magic spheres that will discharge on impact. Infernal Rush will hit opponents multiple times for some good damage numbers.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: All Transmuter Chip Upgrade Locations
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth has Excavation Intel that gives you upgrade to armor. Here’s how to get them all.
Gigaflare is a very well-known attack from Bahamut’s arsenal dating back to the original Final Fantasy 7 game. This attack, when used against you in the Combat Simulation, can easily wipe your entire party — this Combat Simulation will also be how you will obtain the use of this Summon.
2 Odin
All-In For Physical Non-Elemental Damage
- Ultimate: Zantetsuken
- Stat Increases: +8 Attack, +4 Strength, +2 MP
While Bahamut Arisen’s stat increases spread throughout magical and physical stats, Odin commits to just one, making it see higher damage numbers and ending fights faster. You will have access to Allfather’s Fury to unleash numerous sword attacks, and Ring of Helheim which will be a much better option to fill up the Stagger Meter.
Odin’s Ultimate is Zantetsuken, which is infamous for one-shotting targets. This is an extremely powerful ability and Odin will be a lot of player’s favorite summon for all that it offers. Odin can be obtained through the Combat Simulator.
1 Gilgamesh
End Game Ultimate Summon
- Ultimate: Ultimate Illusion
- Stat Increases: +2 Strength, +2 Magic, +4 Attack, +4 Magic, +88 HP, +3 MP
Throughout the game you will be collecting World Intel from the game’s many regions. One such Intel is Phenomena Intel — of which there are 24 Protorelics to collect. You will also need to have defeated every other Summon in the Combat Simulator. Once you have accomplished all of that, you will need to travel to Gilgamesh Island and defeat Gilgamesh in battle if you wish to unlock him.
Gilgamesh does not have an element and is capable of devastating enemies thanks to easily filling Stagger gauges, massive shockwaves, and a wide arsenal of weapons, will make for one of the most flashy of Ultimate moves in the form of Ultimate Illusion.
