Unicorn Overlord: Best Scarlett Loadout
Scarlett, a Priestess in Unicorn Overlord, is an extremely powerful ally. Here’s the best way to build her.
One cool thing about the game is that there are over 70 recruitable characters for the player to find. Here’s how to recruit the character Gilbert, the crowned prince of Drakenhold.
Where To Find Gilbert
Gilbert is the crowned prince of Drakenhold, meaning you can find him early on in the Drakenhold region. (This is the region on the lower right-hand side of the map. It is marked by the red and yellow drakes.) He is an extremely important part of the Drakenhold area and makes an invaluable addition to your team.
You need to make sure you have recruited Aramis before going to Gilbert.
How To Recruit Gilbert
Spoiler alert: The following section contains minor spoilers for the characters of Aramis and Gilbert. If you want to recruit Gilbert, you must recruit Aramis earlier in the chapter of Drakenhold. Aramis is a mercenary that can be recruited during Berengaria’s quest “The General in Black.” Once you have recruited Aramis, you can continue through the game until you reach the point where Gilbert can be recruited. After reaching this point, you will need to agree to speak to Gilbert.
Once you agree to speak to Gilbert, Virginia will tell you who Aramis truly is — Ludwig, Gilbert’s elder brother. With this information, you will have to have Aramis speak to his little brother, explaining why he ran from the throne and left it to him. After this, Aramis will convince Gilbert to join the Liberation, and he will join your team.
Is Gilbert Worth It?
Gilbert is definitely worth recruiting. He is a special Class known as Prince and is the only one of that Class that you can recruit in the game.
