Sunmbo Adeoye the mother of two of legendary singer, 2face’s 7 children, has expressed pride in her first child, Nino Idibia over his outstanding achievement.
Taking to her Instagram page, she revealed that she got a call from the University expressing gratitude to her for raising such a remarkable young man. She stated that it was clear to her how much they value having him at Loughborough University.
Sharing screenshots of the several awards he has won within his first year, she stated that she couldn’t be prouder of his outstanding accomplishments and his unwavering commitment to succeed despite being away from home for the very first time. She also expressed gratitude to her Maker for the successful completion of his foundation year.
Sunmbo added that she has no doubt that he will succeed and reach great heights as he progresses onto his second year and beyond.
“I’m incredibly thankful for the successful completion of Nino’s foundation year. It indeed took GOD’s POWER and a village literally to step by faith on this journey.
I couldn’t be prouder of your outstanding accomplishments and your unwavering commitment to succeed despite being away from home for the very first time.

Kemi Filani reported last year that Nino had graduated from Secondary school and a graduation party was thrown for him which had in attendance his father’s brother, Charles, and his paternal grandmother.
In one of the photos, Sunmbo Adeoye, shared on her Instagram page, her husband, David Adeoye, and 2face’s brother and mother were present at the event, including Annie Idibia’s daughter, Isabella.
Following the completion of his Secondary education, Nino headed to the US for his University. The son of the legendary singer was accompanied by his mother and his stepfather, David Adeoye.
In February, this year, David Adeoye had won the hearts of many with his love for the singer’s two sons. Sunmbo shared a slideshow of photos from his visit to Nino in his University, which included a photo of them twinning. The photo had melted the hearts of many, who gushed over their bond and resemblance.
