Nollywood actress Awele Odita has called out her baby daddy, Koko Zaria, for accusing her of sleeping with his boss, MC Oluomo.
The upcoming Yoruba actress claimed that during an interview, Koko Zaria had alleged that the actress was having an affair with former NURTW chairman MC Oluomo.
Debunking the allegation on an Instagram page, she stated that Koko Zaria’s wife was the one sleeping with Oluomo and not her, and she has a voice recording as evidence. She called the allegations unfounded and untrue, as she slammed him for slandering her name and reputation with such baseless accusations.
She noted how she is the mother of his only son and, as such, deserves respect and honesty and not slander and deceit. Awele promised to go on Instagram live with proof.
“I am writing to address false claims made by the father of my child (Zaria) during a recent interview. He alleged that I am having an affair with Oluomo. These accusations are entirely unfounded and untrue. In reality, it is his wife who is engaging in an extramarital affair, and there is voice-recording evidence to substantiate this.
How dare you defame my name and reputation with such baseless accusations, especially to an interviewer. I am the mother of your only son, and I deserve respect and honesty, not slander and deceit.

Koko Zaria has been in the news for days now for negative reasons. A week back, Yoruba actor Baba Lawori had cried out to Nigerians for help over a brutal attack from one of the aides of Koko Zaria.
In a post on his Instagram page, he recounted how he was performing as a Master of Ceremony at an event on Idumu Day when a stranger approached him, claiming that Koko Zaria wanted to see him, unknowingly that it was a set-up. When he arrived, Koko Zaria questioned why he didn’t acknowledge him. Baba Lawori had apologised, promising to make corrections, when one of his associates smashed a bottle on his head, and he was covered in his blôod and lost consciousness.
Over the years, Oluomo has been accused of having affairs with people’s wives. Last year, he was accused of wrecking the marriage of actors Omowunmi Ajiboye and Segun Ogungbe. Instagram gossip platform Gist Lover alleged that MC Oluomo was having an affair with the actress and was funding her lavish lifestyle. The blog claimed that MC Oluomo had fully furnished a new house for her, which made her leave her marriage.
Wunmi, however, debunked the claims, as she described herself as a virtuous woman and vowed not to allow her hard work, tenacity, and personality to rob her of her sweat.
