“The inner blade is made of tungsten, a metal that can only be scratched with a diamond. As you thread it, it becomes vacuum-sealed and pushes against the thread, preventing it from opening. The silicone ring presses against the inside of the cap to create a tight seal, applying friction perpendicular to the thread This ensures that the blade will never loosen. This way, when tightened, a seal is formed and the silicone pressure provides lateral force to prevent the thread from loosening the screws by accident.”
