Nicola Peltz Beckham has surprised fans by dying her pet dog pink and orange after claiming her pet died after what should have been a routine grooming.

The actress, who is married to Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, showed that her white Bolognese dog had been dyed pink in a TikTok video.

The 29-year-old looked delighted as she danced around her kitchen and held up her pet to the camera to show off his bold fur.

The TikTok video, which was posted on Saturday, has since been deleted, but an Instagram story from Brooklyn revealed they dyed both of their white dogs.

Brooklyn, 25, shared an image of another dog who had been dyed pink and purple.

The image, which he captioned ‘My baby girl x,’ showed the fluffy pooch lounging in an open suitcase laid out on the floor.

The images have surprised fans given the fact that Brooklyn and Nicola are currently fighting against a dog groomer who they claimed killed their pet chihuahua.

Nicola’s dog Nala’s died in July, which Nicola claims happened just two hours after the dog was groomed by HoundSpa employee Jony Ceballos.

In July the star posted an image of herself by her pet’s grave with a long post that read: ‘I am truly still in so much shock and pain over my baby Nala suddenly passing last month following what should have been a routine grooming session.

‘I posted the experience on my Instagram to bring awareness, and was heartbroken to hear the horrifying stories from so many others who have experienced the same tragedy. I can’t bear it. I am outraged to hear how common stories like Nala’s are.

She then called for change as she said: ‘We need to do better and change the laws to better protect fur babies and the loving owners who care for them. Our pets are our chosen family.

‘I’ve dedicated most of my life to saving dogs and I can’t in good conscience let this horrifying act happen to more families.

‘I will work for changes and laws to help make sure no one else ever has to experience this heartbreak. I will always use my voice to protect our innocent babies.’

In the lawsuit seen by E! News in August, Nicola claimedher dog’s death was caused by Ceballos’ alleged ‘intentional and malicious abuse of dogs’.
