The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has unveiled plans to hand over the operation and maintenance of Warri and Kaduna refineries to a private firm.
The oil company announced this on Friday on its official X handle.
According to the NNPCL, interested bidders of both refineries would provide operations and maintenance services.
“For the Provision of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services for NNPC Limited Refineries (Combined Tender): Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC), and Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company (KRPC).”
“The organisation is also expected to have a length of experience with ‘Product Tanks/Storage Facilities Maintenance’ and ‘Commissioning/Start-Up/Post Commissioning/Turnaround Experience”, the notice partly reads.
