Elijah Wood As Wirt

Actor: Elijah Wood was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Wood’s breakthrough role – and his most iconic character – was playing Frodo Baggins in Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings trilogy. While Frodo made Wood an international star, he did have a few high-profile movies before then, such as Flipper and a small role in Back to the Future Part II. Since The Lord of the Rings, Wood has taken on various roles in both movies and shows like Yellowjackets, and he has become a prolific voice actor in both video games and animation.

Character: Elijah Wood voices Wirt in Over the Garden Wall. Wirt is the main character of the miniseries and Greg’s older brother.
