The cryptic post is coming a week after a failed assassination of her husband. According to vital reports, the federal lawmaker was reportedly attacked by armed men suspected to be political thugs at his residence in Uromi. His media aide said the attempt was unsuccessful owing to the intervention of security personnel attached to the lawmaker.
A week before the incident, Mercy Johnson faced massive backlash for campaigning for Senator Monday Okpebholo for the Edo State gubernatorial election. In a viral video, Johnson encouraged women to talk to their husbands and children about voting for the candidate.
