Candidate for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo state, Hon Agboola Ajayi, has called for the cooperation of the citizenry in order to salvage the state and nation from collapse.
Making the plea in Akure, the Ondo state capital at his unveiling, Hon. Ajayi said Nigeria is bigger than anyindividual, hence it deserves the best of treatment.
The PDP governorship candidate while reeling out his programme and agenda for the state, promised to take agriculture in the state to the next level in order to bring food to the tables of the citizenry and end food insecurity.
He assured of good welfare package and developmental policies for workers in the state with robust policies on education that will make it qualitative and affordable for all if elected into office as the governor.
Some of the elders and leaders of the party that accompaned him to the programme included Olorogun Eddy Olafeso, former national vice chairman of the party, Chief Omolade Oluwateru, a onetime deputy governor in the state, state party chairman, Tola Alabere, who assured that PDP will bring back the country to her good footings.
