Many psychics say they can predict the future, but Beth Lee-Crowther is different – she can talk to animals.

Since she was a little girl, Beth says she’s always had the ability to hear animals’ thoughts and see their visions.

Fast forward to 2024, she now has her own Channel 5 show.

And, incredibly, she claims her TV stardom was predicted by her pet dog 20 years ago.

Beth’s parents just thought she had a vivid imagination, and didn’t think she had an unusual gift during her school years.

But as an adult, Beth kept horses as pets and ran a saddlery business.

It was here she says she started to hear what they were thinking, and discovered some were misbehaving or had bad backs.

People began turning to Beth for help with their animal woes, cementing her reputation as a pet psychic – and she believes you could be on too.

‘Anyone can talk to their animals and pets. It’s about getting into a natural, meditative state, and it works every time,’ Beth tells Metro.co.uk.

Beth has developed her own technique she uses to communicate with animals called PACT (Psychic Animal Communication Technique). The step-by-step guide is below.

How you can talk to your pet using the PACT technique

Step 1) Beth recommends using a meditation technique to get the mind into a deeply relaxed theta state, so you can send and receive telepathic messages from the animals. For beginners, this is the hardest stage but with practice starts to feel more natural.

Step 2) Take a deep breath through the nose once you are ‘open’, hold it for seven seconds, then breathe out through your mouth. Do this three times.

Step 3) With your eyes open, take your middle finger and place it on your intuitive third eye in the centre of your forehead between your eyes. Then tap this point with your fingertip gently, seven times. If you can’t tap your head, focus your eyes on a spot on the wall above your head and count to seven.

Step 4) Keep your finger on your forehead, look up at your finger without moving or tilting your head.

Step 5) Slowly cross your eyes while staring upwards for 10 seconds. Here you will access the theta brainwave state that will help you get into a psychic and telepathic mindset.

Step 6) Keep your eyes closed and imagine yourself at a familiar and happy place you love. See a picture of this in your mind.

Step 7) Think of the animal you would like to communicate with. It can either be in photo form or the animal could be with you. Open your eyes to look at the animal and in your own voice, within your own mind, say their name three times and ask them to join you.

Step 8) This is when the vision of the animal should start coming toward you. You may sense their presence if you are working from a photo. If they are in the same physical space you may sense them coming physically closer to you. You may even smell them. You can then mentally ask for permission to communicate with them.

Step 9) You can then ask them questions you want to ask and acknowledge their responses. The answers may seem like your own voice in your mind or it might be a vision or thought from the pet or animal. It could be an emotion, gut feeling or aroma. Each animal is always different but just allow the messages to flow.

From camels, to ducks, cats, and dogs, Beth has talked to them all and reveals just like humans, animals have their own personalities.

On one occasion a cat uttered a rude word to her, Beth revealed on the latest episode of her Channel 5 show, The Pet Psychic.

‘In one of the episodes, I help this dog called Rolo who is new to the household, and a cat called Lulu, who is already established in the house.

‘Now the owner Jenny asked me to talk to Lulu because Rolo is this new bouncy puppy and Lulu is a quiet reserved cat.

‘Now when I first communicated with Lulu she turned around and told me to f*** off.

‘So I asked her, “why are you telling me this?” and I slowly realised that because Rolo was a new addition to the house, Lulu ended up feeling like she wasn’t good enough and was wondering why there was a new dog in the house.

‘Luckily I managed to encourage the two of them to strike a balance together and now the home has more harmony.

‘Another dog called Yogi refused to turn right when he went out for a walk with his owner.

‘So when I ended up talking to him I could see and hear this vision of a loud bang and realised he was scared of a shooting that happened in a nearby field years ago.

‘So I planted a vision in his mind to help him realise it was safe now and next time I visited the home he managed to turn right. It was so lovely to see.’

While Beth has featured on ITV’s This Morning in the past as a pet medium, it is the first time she’s had her own show.

She said working on the Channel 5 show that airs at 7pm on Tuesdays was like ‘living in a dream,’ and learnt lots about the humans as well as animals.

‘What really surprised me was how dedicated people and owners are to their pets,’ she said.

‘It’s weird because there are so many cameras and lights but once I’m in my psychic zone with the animals it just feels natural and normal to me.

‘I’m so grateful for widening people’s understanding about animal communication because it is so underrepresented.’

Beth has a book out called Everything You Need to Know to Become a Pet Psychic that says it all on the tin.

She also has a website that you can view here.
