President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed seven executive directors for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) with immediate effect.
They are Ayo Adewuyi (reappointed Executive Director, News), Ibrahim Aliyu (Executive Director, Special Duties) and Malam Muhammed Fatuhu Mustapha (Executive Director, Administration and Training).
Others are Mrs Apinke Effiong (Executive Director, Finance), Mrs Tari Taylaur (Executive Director, Programme), Mr Sadique Musa Omeiza (Executive Director, Engineering) and Mrs Oluwakemi Fashina (Executive Director, Marketing).
The president urged the appointees to bring their wealth of experience to bear on the operations of the national broadcast station, particularly in scaling up to meet global digital standards.
