Celebrity stylist Tiannah’s Empire’s Toyin Lawani has penned an open letter to artist Asake over his recent hairstyle.
A few weeks ago, Asake raised eyebrows following a trending video of him sporting a new hairdo without his dreadlocks.
Fast forward, Toyin Lawani has taken to her page to post recent images that appear very “different” from the Asake that his admirers are accustomed to.
The fashionista sarcastically blasted the artist, pleading with him to restore his previous hairstyle. The mother of three stated that she did not mean for her post to be seen as a jab.
Sharing the photo collage, Toyin Lawani wrote:
“OPEN LETTER TO ASAKE @asakemusic PLS THIS IS NOT A DISS ????PLS GO AND PUT BACK YOUR HAIR, Thanks as you do so, #GODBLESS YOU.”
